1. Do you use self-extracting
.zip files?
No. I only use
basic .zip files for distribution of products.
2. How can I edit the web
templates?
You can easily
edit any of the web templates using any HTML program editor.
Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Expression Web, and more can be used to edit and
personalize the web templates.
It is helpful to have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS when editing.
3. Does the stationery work with
any email program?
No. It
was specifically designed to work with Outlook Express only.
4. Can I customize the custom
buttons?
Yes.
You can easily customize the buttons in any graphics package using a
graphics program, such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc.
5. I purchased a product, but I
do not see a download link. What happened?
If you did
not see a download page with a link, check your email. All sales
are set to send an email with a link embedded so you will have a backup
download access.

not receive an email with a link embedded, please contact me.
6. How can I use the
graphics with my blog?
You can only
use custom graphics with a blog IF the web site where your blog is
contained allowed customizations.
7. What does each
product contain?
If you check
below each product, you will find a complete description of each product
and what it contains.
8. Do you give refunds?
No.
Once you have purchased a product and received it, there are no
refunds.
